What Is it?

So many mamas wish to be able to have a community of women they can lean on throughout their health journey, but as we know gym cost a lot & fitness classes are not always kid friendly. Cort’s Fit Mamas requires zero membership, allows you to bring the littles along & gives you a community of like minded women without requiring a babsitter.

Every week we get together to:

  • Sweat

  • Support

  • Work hard

  • Create a healthy lifestyle for us & our kids

  • Create a health journey without the sacrifice

FAQ:

  • Do you need to sign up in advance or can you drop in?

    • All classes are register in advance only. Registration is via our FB group page: Cort’s Fit Mamas (5 moms max per class).

    • New price as of Oct 1st: $15 per class or a 10 class punchcard for $135.

  • What equipment do you need?

    • I provide all equipment.

  • Can I bring my kids?

    • Absolutely! I will have mine there as well. This is a community of mamas, ready to become strong, healthy & confident. We are in an open grass area by a park for littles to play as they wish.

  • Do you have to have kids to join?

    • No! If you have older kids, kids that are at daycare or simply a woman in the community looking for a workout class…you are welcome!

  • Will locations change:

    • As of now, no! I will be creating a Facebook group for members to be able to post updates due to weather or any changes made!

  • What if I cannot make the full length of a class?

    • The first part of class is Warm Up & the last part is Cool Down. If you need to leave early it is okay!

  • What level is the classes?

    • All levels welcome. I walk around during the class coaching participants on form & modifications if needed.
